General information
Full enjoyment of camping life while experiencing the tranquility of nature and space. This is exactly what makes the Forest Cottages of the Promised Land so attractive. They are 32 m2, fully furnished and have two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed). In the living room there is a sofa bed, so there is room for six! The kitchen has a 4-burner stove and refrigerator, you have your own shower and toilet. Heating, electricity and running water are also available. Outside are two patio chairs and a picnic table.
So real camping, but with convenience and comfort!
Good to know:
- In front of the cottages on the field "the Sheep Meadow" is a fire pit for even more adventure!
- Thinking of bringing your own comforter & linens? Or rent it at the reception.
- A pillow is provided on each bed.
Location
The campsite is located in the Veluwe where you are surrounded by beautiful nature. Many activities are organized at the campsite itself and there is an outdoor swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
The reservation terms are in effect on every reservation. After receiving your reservation confirmation, you still have 24 hours to cancel your reservation free of charge.
Below are the costs resulting from a reservation cancellation:
- for cancellation up to three months before the start date 15% of the agreed price.
- If cancelled up to two months before the start date 50% of the agreed price.
- If cancelled up to one month before the starting date, 75% of the agreed price.
- If cancelled within one month before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed price.
- in case of cancellation on the day, or after the day of the effective date 100% of the agreed price.
If the rented object can be re-rented, the following amount will be charged:
5% of the agreed price.

Can I park my car near my pitch or accommodation?
No, this is a car-free campground. There is plenty of parking in the parking lots: across Forest Road or around the main building. You may, of course, park the car at the accommodation or pitch for loading and unloading on the first arrival and last departure. During the stay, the car is not allowed on the campsite. There are box carts that you can use to transport groceries, for example.

What you should know about the park
The Promised Land is a four star Christian family campground on the edge of the Veluwe in the touristy town of Voorthuizen. At the campsite there are many activities such as a Kidsclub, soccer tournament, children's theater, campfire, and much more. In Voorthuizen there are nice fairs, cozy stores and restaurants. Go on an adventure in the climbing forest in Garderen or plan a fun day out in Amersfoort. And are you looking for nature? Opposite the campsite is the Wilbrinkbos with many talked-about Klompenpaden trails.

Fantastic stay had in the Dwarf Eagle, the new vacation homes. They are full-fledged homes. Well insulated, nice and warm because of the floor heating, nice and stylishly decorated, beautifully situated in nature, plenty of privacy and lovely beds.
